Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By creating an account on claweasy.app or using any ClawEasy service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms apply to all users, including free trial users, paid subscribers, and administrators.
2. Description of service
ClawEasy provides managed hosting for OpenClaw, an open-source AI agent framework. We provision and maintain a dedicated virtual private server ("Instance") on your behalf, pre-configured with OpenClaw software. We do not provide the AI models themselves — you supply your own API keys for third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or others).
The OpenClaw software is developed and maintained independently. ClawEasy is a hosting platform only and makes no representations about the capabilities, accuracy, or behaviour of OpenClaw or any connected AI model.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Ensuring your use of third-party AI services complies with those providers' terms of service
- The content of any communications sent through your AI agent
- Complying with all applicable local, national, and international laws
You must not share your account, resell access to your Instance, or allow third parties to use your API keys through our platform without our express written permission.
4. Prohibited uses
You may not use ClawEasy or your Instance to:
- Generate or distribute spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited marketing communications
- Violate any applicable law or regulation, including data protection laws (GDPR, etc.)
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
- Conduct denial-of-service attacks or any form of network abuse
- Host, generate, or distribute illegal content of any kind
- Mine cryptocurrency or conduct computationally intensive tasks unrelated to AI agent operation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other systems or instances on our infrastructure
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules, without refund, and without prior notice in cases of serious or urgent violations.
5. Service availability and uptime
ClawEasy provides no guarantee of service availability, uptime, or continuity. We target high availability but make no binding commitment to any specific uptime percentage. Planned and unplanned maintenance, Hetzner infrastructure events, software bugs, or other factors may cause interruptions.
We are not liable for any loss — financial or otherwise — caused by service downtime, slow response times, or temporary unavailability of your Instance.
6. Data, backups, and loss of data
You acknowledge and accept that:
- ClawEasy does not guarantee that your data will be preserved
- Hetzner infrastructure failures, software errors, misconfigurations, or accidental deletion may result in permanent data loss
- The export/backup feature is provided as a convenience and not as a reliable backup solution
- You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups of any data you consider important
- We may permanently delete your Instance and all associated data upon termination of your subscription, with or without notice depending on the circumstances
We strongly recommend regularly exporting your Instance configuration and any important data stored on your Instance. ClawEasy bears no liability whatsoever for any loss of data.
7. AI-generated content and liability
Your OpenClaw agent produces responses using third-party AI models (e.g., Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini). ClawEasy has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the content generated by these AI models.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, misleading, biased, or otherwise unsuitable. You must not rely solely on AI-generated content for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or any other high-stakes decision-making. ClawEasy disclaims all liability arising from actions taken based on AI-generated content.
You are responsible for all content that your agent produces or transmits, including to third parties via Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, or any other connected channel.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- ClawEasy, its operators, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, or reputational harm
- Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to ClawEasy in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim
- These limitations apply even if ClawEasy has been advised of the possibility of such damages
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Third-party services
ClawEasy relies on and integrates with third-party services including Hetzner Cloud, Cloudflare, Stripe, Resend, Anthropic, OpenAI, and others. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, pricing changes, or terms changes of any third-party service. Disruptions or changes to any of these services may affect your Instance.
10. Billing, refunds, and cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) inclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 14 days' notice to existing subscribers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused time within a billing period, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
If your payment fails, we may suspend your Instance until payment is resolved. After 7 days of failed payment, we may terminate your Instance and delete associated data.
11. Privacy and data protection
We process minimal personal data required to operate the service (email address, billing information, server configuration). Your AI conversations are processed between your Instance and the AI provider you have configured — ClawEasy does not intercept or store conversation content.

12. Modifications to the service and terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email to the address registered on your account at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time. We will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of discontinuation.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ghent, Belgium, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
